Terms and Conditions

a. Extent of limited warranty
1. GER Detect Company warrants to the end-user customer that the GER Detect Company product specified above will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period specified above, which begins on the date of purchase by Customer.

2. For software products, GER Detect Company’s limited warranty applies only to failure to execute programming instructions. GER Detect Company does not warrant that the operation of any product will be uninterrupted or error-free.

3. GER Detect Company’s limited warranty covers only those defects that arise as a result of normal use of the product, and does not cover any other problems, including those that arise as a result of:

a. Improper maintenance or adjustment;
B. Software, media, parts or supplies not provided or supported by GER Detect Company;
C. Operating outside product specifications;
Dr.. Unauthorized modification or misuse.

4. For GER Detect Company products, the use of non-GER Detect Company accessories does not affect the customer’s warranty or any GER Detect Company support contract with the customer. However, if product failure or damage is attributable to the use of a non-GER Detect Company accessory, GER Detect Company will GER Detect Company charges its standard time and materials fees for servicing the product for any specific failure or damage.

5. If, during the applicable warranty period, GER Detect Company receives notice of a defect in any product covered by GER Detect Company’s warranty, GER Detect Company shall either repair or replace the product, at GER Detect Company’s option.

6. GER Detect Company has no obligation to repair or replace until the customer returns the defective product to GER Detect Company.

7. Any replacement product may be new or nearly new, provided that it has a function at least equal to that of the product being replaced.

8. The GER Detect Company Limited Warranty Statement applies in any country in which a GER Detect Company product covered by GER Detect Company is distributed. Additional warranty service contracts, such as on-site service, may be available from any authorized GER Detect Company service facility in countries where the product is distributed by GER Detect Company or through an authorized importer.

B. Warranty limits
Neither GER Detect Company nor its third party suppliers make any warranty or other condition of any kind, whether express or implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, satisfactory quality and fitness for a particular purpose.

C. Limitation of liability
1. The solutions stipulated in this warranty statement are the customer’s sole and exclusive solutions.

2. Except for the obligations specifically set forth in this Warranty Statement, in no event shall Ajax Discovery or its third party suppliers be liable for direct, indirect, incidental or incidental damages, whether based on contract, tort or any other The legal theory and whether the possibility of such damages is advised.

Once your order ships, we will send you an email with the tracking number.

DAMAGE DURING DELIVERY: If there is damage to the package, or if merchandise is missing, please keep the original shipping packaging and contact us immediately so we can issue a damage claim with the carrier. Please do not return the item without following these steps, as this will delay the replacement of the order

Delivery requirements:
A signature is required for most shipments upon receipt. Someone must be at the address to receive and sign for the package. If you need additional assistance receiving your package, please contact us.

Verify the order
Some orders may be subject to our verification procedures before we can process them. To protect you from credit card fraud or identity theft, we may ask you to verify that you are the card owner or that your order and shipping information are valid. If your request requires verification, you will be notified via email within one business day.

Disclaimer: Import taxes on the product depend on each country’s laws and regulations and are the responsibility of the buyer. Ajax is not responsible for these costs, nor for their calculation.

If an international shipment is refused and/or returned, any taxes, duties, customs fees, brokerage fees or shipping fees resulting from such return will be the responsibility of the customer.
